New UserProfileBlock page block
What's new
A new UserProfileBlock block type is now available in page layouts and in the AddPageBlockNode graph node. It has been added to the page block lists and the page layout discriminator mapping wherever page blocks are accepted or returned.
Impact
Pages can now include a user profile block, and campaign, page dynamic-block, and segment-group graphs can add one through AddPageBlockNode. Existing pages and graphs are unaffected.

Upgrade
- No action required. The block type is additive; you only need to handle it if you produce or consume pages that use it.
