Bonus items can add to a store item's own bonuses
What's new
bonus_items_settings takes a new optional mode:
replace(default): the bonus items replace the ones the store item already hasadd: the bonus items are given on top of the store item's own bonus items
The field lives on the shared ItemBonusSettings schema, so it shows up on store items and store
promotions, and also on piggy bank tiers and the store settings and virtual SKU campaign nodes.
Impact
Before this change, bonus items on a promotion always replaced the store item's bonus items. Set
mode to add to stack them instead. Existing settings default to replace, so nothing changes
unless you opt in.
