Card template options on store items
What's new
Store items take a new optional, nullable card_template_options object that overrides the card
builder template for that item. For now it holds one field, bonus_threshold_template, which picks
the template used to render the store bonus badge:

Impact
You can choose how the bonus badge looks on an individual store item's card through the API instead of relying on the store-wide template.

Upgrade
- No action is required. The field is optional and can be left out.
- If you store or compare store items on your side, expect
card_template_optionsin responses from now on.
