Richer context on item events

What's new

Item events carry more attribution context. A new rolling_offer context object identifies the rolling offer an item came from, and nested items now report quantity_after_bonus — the effective quantity once bonuses are applied is reflected in each nested item's quantity.

Impact

You can attribute granted items to the rolling offer that produced them, and nested item quantities already account for bonus rewards.
